It was time to finally choose a wood for the floor. finally I decided to go with a guy called Martin who has a workshop in Puerto del Rosario. He seems reasonable and quite serious. these were the samples he gave me. the top is a brazilian walnut or chestnut...I don't know. Sucupira. the bottom is oak. I brought it to Jose the architect and he advised me on Oak. and with his rational. I agreed. although i like the sucupira, Orlando advised me against it and Luis said he had this at home and it's practically black right now.

This wood here is IPE. I think it's so cool. It's supposed to be for outside.and there's a lot of if's and but's about it. and because of the time line. I decided against it. but if i were to build something else again...I would definitely use this wood in my house!

Dance studio finished.

This is an electric box for communications and everything...not quite sure. it's just a regulation thing which i will apparently never need.

Connecting the home electric wires to the box.

The other house again is still going up slow and steady
