Day 119: roof top rendering

A little bit of the same thing today...only a few days left of this and then the white paint goes on....or maybe not at all? they might just wait until they come back from the holidays to paint. I'm not sure they trust me to paint it alone while they're gone. Seeing how shoddy my rendering was on Tuesday. I might not trust myself to work alone either. I feel better if they keep an eye on me and tell me when my work looks like crap...(which they seem to do without hesitation.) Luis is the most PC about it. He tells me it's a pass but nothing more. The other guys have no reservations. They just tell me as it is: "FEO" (ugly) or "FATAL" (horrible, terrible,..you get the gist) When it's good, I get a simple nod.

There aren't a lot of pictures today because I saw them early in the morning because I had to go to Puerto. but in the short time between the time they started work and by the time I got there, they did quite a bit.

The little short bit on the left side was done by yours truly yesterday. Now I cans see it's a little bumpy... Oops.

I told Luis I like the bare cement colour and texture and he says he likes it too but it's not worth trying to preserve it because the product they use to paint on to keep it as it is doesn't do a good job and the walls don't look even and change colour and in the end it's not worth it...(he said something like that, I didn't understand him completely, but the final point was that's it's not worth it to try to keep it grey)
