I took off for Madrid to visit some old friends and do some shopping. Some personal shopping and some shopping around for the house. While I was away, Alma was gracious enough to offer to take pictures of the house for me...

I'm not quite sure what the guys did but I assume the same as they've been doing the past few weeks. Since the electrician was there in the beginning of the week, the rendering slowed down a bit. one guy rendering, one guy helping the electrical and luis finishing the odds and ends everywhere. It was a bit more chaotic this week.

Here is the east bedroom wall fully rendered.

You can see they've left a tube fore electric cables outside of the studio. Luis says they always have extra tubes running out of the building just incase there's a need for extra outlets in the future.

Here you can see one coming out of the living room/kitchen terrace. (you can also see Pizco, Alma's little doggie)

And here you can see another extra tube coming out of the guest bedroom.

This is the view from the terrace into my bedroom and then out of the window to the east.

You can see the marking of the electric tubing but they haven't cut it yet.

Not sure if I've ever showed you the stairs. finishing the stairs is on hold for now. The guys have temporarily nailed little blocks of wood to keep from sliding down all the way.

This is a picture of the northern side of the house. From here the house looks fully rendered.

You can see all the space here that will be used as a terrace and chill out area.

That's a lot of tubing at the entrance of the office.

Below is the picture of the guest room. There's also a giant box for everything and then you can see how they laid the tubing to the outside.

They got another truckload of sand...I think this is the 3rd one they've had since they've started rendering. jUst think about how heavy the house is with all the rendered cement. 3 trucks of sand, plus the countles 25kg bags of cement
