Today the guys were rendering the inner terrace and the bathroom. They made the main bathroom window smaller and fitted the 'pre frame'. It's perfect now... for people that are my height. Anyone who's 6 ft or taller might feel a little exposed if they're showering there...
You can't see this very well. but it's the adjusted window and the frame they put in. (aluminium frames for exterior windows and wooden frames for interior door frames.

This is the bathroom wall. At first they were making the bathroom walls rough to prepare for the tiles but since I told them that I wanted some of the walls to be 'tile free' they finished the entire wall. (kind of more work for them now but in the end, since they don't have to lay tiles...maybe it's less work in the end)

This is the inner terrace.

beyond the doorway is the same wall from above, after it was finished. The doorway leads into the pantry.

You can see the doorway here finished. It's the doorway that leads into the studio from the inner terrace.

Here's the doorway of the back entrance. You can see how they hold the levels together. They are clamps that really don't look so strong and effective...but i guess they do the job.

Here's a video to see how they render the frame. and you can see the clips at work.
This is the back corner reserved for outdoor messy work. like sanding or sawing...stuff like that.
