Day 86: covering the pipes

The guys started covering the electricity pipes in the floor with the mortar.
They also filled in the gaps that we had chiseled out to fit in the electric pipes in the walls.
The box on the right is the one that we brought from Hong Kong with the usb outlet. The boxes for those sockets are bigger. There will be one of those outlets in each studio and one in the office, bedroom and kitchen.

I don't know what they are preparing for here but they put in this temporary wooden ceiling...
THere's scaffolding in both rooms. I assume they will be making the roof of the bathroom...but I'm not sure.
While I prodded along with the same old thing. heres what i did today.
I had extra mortar and it was time to go so they threw it onto the stairs.
