Tomorrow the guys told me to bring the flag because they are going to finish the roof!!! Whop! Whop!
They finished putting in the mini beams and blocks and I assume the wire mesh...I didn't have a chance to go up...but I did see the blocks from below :)

This is the stairwell ceiling. Last night i was thinking of keeping the daylight in the stairwell by putting in a skylight. (seeing how the guys say skylights aren't such a problem in this climate) but I didn't wake up in time to tell them...anyway, it would have been too late anyway.

This is the edge of the house that they did yesterday to make it round. I saw a house today in Lajares with exactly the edges that I have and it looks nice. I Think this edge is just the icing on top that makes the house more like me.

This edge they did before I got there.

Here is the frame. They were using floor boards but they said that's all the wood they had.

I got to shovel the concrete into the channel and i also learned how to use the mixer. (yeay!) you should have seen the guys when I turned the machine on myself. because once they heard the machine start rolling, I saw them stop in their tracks with their eyeballs and mouths wide open. ha ha haa. :D

Here's the base of the staircase that Luis worked on While we were all upstairs doing the roof top edges.

They had to drill into the cement to stick in pegs so that the forms would stay in place.

Saw this left over chunk of wood. so cute. I wouldn't sit on it..but it gives you ideas...rephrase, it give me ideas.

We made a few alterations with the electric plans. But instead of Red, today we had a black spray paint can...when I finished with it...Look what happened... :I ...and Estban think's I'M crazy?!?

I just saw this little picture and thought I'd share how changes to architectural plans are documented here in Fuerteventura. ;)
Alternate idea to the bathroom.
