While the guys were letting the cement on the home side dry, they continued covering the roof edges of the studios and the workshop. Luis says that any kind of work on the home side might disturb the settling of the cement. Antonio said they would spare the roof with water so that the roof would't have cracks as it dried...except they didn't do that.

Here is the roof of the living room revealed.

After the guy's sandwich break Guzman and Esteban helped me trim the handprint of Luis. It was perfect. The workshop was already being used as a creative space! I don't think they thought anything of it. but this was our 2nd creative activity. (the first being the helmet decorating day, and the second making the handprints and the frame for it)

Marta came to visit and spend the day with me. While she was waiting for me to take all the pictures, she found the puddle of cement and started drawing...or writing my name.

So i decorated her work and autographed it.

No se si se ve pero tiene un huella (?) de mi mano a lado de mi nombre.

For some odd reason, I felt like hanging from the poles...didn't help my elbow much but I realised how great these poles are! because they're covered with cement chunks and rust, they aren't slippery and it makes it a lot easier to grip. Now I want some of these for the studio .....just had the best idea. I'm going to use the broken ones that are on the side of the house as ballet bars. ;)
