Reclaiming land on the other side of the wall

Kind of like country boarders, sometimes lines are drawn a little crooked and the land is mistakenly lost. Well, we are reclaiming the land on the other side of the wall. Right now bushes and weeds have monopolized the edge of the land between the wall and road. Jose and Luis will be knocking that old wall down to reclaim some of the land back so there's enough space to make my outdoor arts and craft area. Luckily I don't have to declare war with another country to get my land back.

I would like to think of a nicer creative way to deal with the garbage dump. Although, the neighbours are pretty good with keeping it relatively tidy. Any Ideas?
